OsMYB1 negatively mediates rice resistance to brown planthopper and rice blight. Additionally, OsMYB1 interacts with OsSPL14 and antagonizes its function by oppositely regulating downstream resistance-related genes. In their natural habitats, plants are concurrently attacked by different biotic factors.

However, there are obvious limitations in these current evaluation methods. This study aims to develop an evaluation system for quantitatively evaluating the effectiveness of cochlear implants for hearing-impaired children.

Objective: This study explores factors that affect the sustainable implementation of best practice guidelines (BPGs) and provides a basis for developing corresponding action strategies to promote project sustainability.
Methods: Using the NHS (National Health Service) questionnaire scoring system, surveys were conducted among nurses who implemented BPGs in three hospitals in China. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis.
Objectives: To develop and validate deep learning (DL)-models that denoise late iodine enhancement (LIE) images and enable accurate extracellular volume (ECV) quantification.
Methods: This study retrospectively included patients with chest discomfort who underwent CT myocardial perfusion + CT angiography + LIE from two hospitals. Two DL models, residual dense network (RDN) and conditional generative adversarial network (cGAN), were developed and validated.
We demonstrate that working with a correct phase-space electronic Hamiltonian captures electronic inertial effects. In particular, we show that phase space surface hopping dynamics do not suffer (at least to very high order) from non-physical non-adiabatic transitions between electronic eigenstates during the course of pure nuclear translational and rotational motion. This work opens up many new avenues for quantitatively investigating complex phenomena, including angular momentum transfer between chiral phonons and electrons as well as chiral-induced spin selectivity effects.
