Objectives: The aims of the study are to identify and to critically analyze studies using artificial intelligence (AI) in occupational health.
Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, IEEE Xplore, and Web of Science was conducted to identify relevant articles published in English between January 2014-January 2024. Quality was assessed with the validated APPRAISE-AI tool.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFBackground: To report on the implementation and outcomes of a virtual ward established for the management of mpox during the 2022 outbreak, we conducted a 2-center, observational, cross-sectional study over a 3-month period.
Methods: All patients aged ≥17 years with laboratory polymerase chain reaction-confirmed monkeypox virus managed between 14 May and 15 August 2022, at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases at University College London Hospitals National Health Service (NHS) Foundation Trust and sexual health services at Central North and West London NHS Foundation Trust, were included. Main outcomes included the proportion of patients managed exclusively on the virtual ward, proportion of patients requiring inpatient admission, proportion of patients with human immunodeficiency virus, and duration of lesion reepithelialization.
Objective: To characterize the impact of multiple waves of COVID-19 on pediatric ophthalmology at a tertiary care hospital.
Methods: Medical records were reviewed from pediatric patients seen for ophthalmic emergencies at the Montreal Children's Hospital (Montreal, Canada) from 5 COVID-19 periods: March 13 to May 31, 2020; September 20, 2020, to February 21, 2021; March 21 to May 31, 2021; August 17 to November 5, 2021; and December 19, 2021, to January 25, 2022, as well as 2 pre-COVID time periods: March 13 to May 31, in 2018 and 2019).
