In the domestic and foreign specialized literature, there are no studies devoted to the study of risk factors of mortality in the older age patients with stroke-associated nosocomial pneumonia. The purpose of the study was to study the risk factors of adverse clinical outcomes in elderly and senile patients with stroke-associated nosocomial pneumonia. The study included 247 elderly and senile patients (139 men, 108 women, mean age -- 74,1±6,3 years) who were hospitalized with signs of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke.
