First Report of Causing Root Rot on in China.

The roots of Salvia yunnanensis, an herbaceous perennial widely distributed in Southwest China, is often used as a substitute for S. miltiorrhiza, a highly valued plant in traditional Chinese medicine (Wu et al. 2014).

Measurement of Λ_{b}^{0}, Λ_{c}^{+}, and Λ Decay Parameters Using Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}h^{-} Decays.

A comprehensive study of the angular distributions in the bottom-baryon decays Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}h^{-}(h=π,K), followed by Λ_{c}^{+}→Λh^{+} with Λ→pπ^{-} or Λ_{c}^{+}→pK_{S}^{0} decays, is performed using a data sample of proton-proton collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9  fb^{-1} collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The decay parameters and the associated charge-parity (CP) asymmetries are measured, with no significant CP violation observed. For the first time, the Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}h^{-} decay parameters are measured.

Impact of variations in airborne microbiota on pneumonia infection: An exploratory study.

Background: Previous studies showed airborne bacteria affect pneumonia incidence, but specific impacts of bacterial communities on Klebsiella pneumoniae infection were unknown.

Methods: Five different ratios of bacterial community structures were randomly generated. Mice were divided into control, artificial bacterial community exposure, and corresponding Klebsiella pneumoniae challenge groups.

A multi-omics analysis reveals KDELR1 promotes malignant progression and correlates with tumor microenvironment in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

KDELR1, a constituent of the KDEL endoplasmic reticulum protein retention receptors family, is implicated in immune responses and cancers progression. In this study, we delineate the clinicopathological significance and oncogenic role of KDELR1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) through a comprehensive multi-omics approach. KDELR1 expression is correlated with tumor grade, tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and poor prognosis in HNSCC.
