[Analysis of the frequency of prevalence of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma based on own material in the year 1975, 1985 and 1995].

We analysed the frequency of prevalence of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma in the years 1975, 1985 and 1995. Significant differences between endometrial simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia with atypia was found. There were no statistic differences in the frequency of the prevalence of endometrial adenocarcinoma between analysed years.

[Usefulness of C-reactive protein (CRP) detection for early diagnosis of infectious postoperative complications after gynecologic surgery].

Immunoturbidimetric method was applied to estimate C-reactive protein concentration in blood serum in 32 women aged 47.8 (+/-6.3) years in whom abdominal hysterectomy had been performed.

[Uroflowmetry in diagnosis of urinary stress incontinence in women].

The authors' aim was to evaluate the range of uroflowmetry in diagnostics of stress urinary incontinence (sui) in women. The examinations were carried out in 59 women with sui, aged from 35 to 45 years (group I). The control group consisted of 20 asymptomatic women (group II).

[Results of the evaluation of intracystic and intraurethral pressure in women with stress urinary incontinence].

Urodynamic measurements including sphincterometry and cystometry were made in 36 women with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Out of this number in 32 affected with SUI of stages I, II and III surgical treatment was applied. Control group were 7 women without SUI symptoms.
