We present the case of a 61-year-old woman with a histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of plaque morphea. The disease began about four years ago with the appearance of a single oval sclerotic plaque located on the front surface of the right lower leg. After topical treatment, the plaque underwent reverse development.

The patient was admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereology due to exacerbation of chronic eczema. During the examination, a 3×2-cm tumor with retraction of the mammilla was found in the right mammary gland.
