Establishing the protein-protein interaction network sheds light on functional genomics studies by providing insights from known counterparts. However, the rice interactome has barely been studied due to the lack of massive, reliable, and cost-effective methodologies. Here, the development of a barcode-indexed PCR coupled with HiFi long-read sequencing pipeline (BIP-seq) is reported for high throughput Protein Protein Interaction (PPI)identification.

Although the sphincter-sparing approach seems an ideal surgical intervention, there remains room for improvement in treatment efficacy. Herein, we introduce an enhanced sphincter-sparing approach, namely the fistula occlusion with the internal sphincter flap (FOISF), for treating high complex anal fistulas.

Gαi1/3 proteins participate in allergic inflammation by regulating immune cells.

The effects of T2DM on postoperative chemoresistance rate (CRR) and long-term disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with stage III CC who receive curative resection remain controversial.
Aim: To investigate whether T2DM or glycemic control is associated with worse postoperative survival outcomes in stage III CC.
Purpose: This study aimed to compare the effects of four sterilization techniques on meniscal allograft transplantation (MAT) in rabbits.
Methods: In total, 85 medial or lateral meniscuses were obtained from 22 adult New Zealand white rabbits. These 85 meniscal allografts were seeded with () and randomly divided into five groups (= 17): iodine group, Cobalt-60 group, glutaraldehyde group, ethylene oxide group and control group.
