Controlled releasing of SDF-1α in chitosan-heparin hydrogel for endometrium injury healing in rat model.

Herein we report a facile approach for chitosan-heparin hydrogels with controlled release manner and their applications for intrauterine adhesion. The sol precursor was converted to gel at physiological temperature in 15 min. FTIR, SEM and swelling test were performed to characterize their compositions, morphologies and stability.

[Application of temporomandibular joint dics reduction in the operation of condylar sagittal fracture].
