Social media is a valuable source of insight into problematic patterns of substance misuse. The way people converse with illicit drugs in online forums is highly variable, and slang terms are frequently used.

Hiding in plain sight: Cooperative Extension as an underutilized approach to improving cancer survivorship outcomes in underserved populations.

Purpose: Explore the potential utility of a Cooperative Extension-specific program to support post-active treatment cancer survivors.

Methods: A user-centered study was conducted to identify barriers to and facilitators of the implementation of a program for adult cancer survivors living post primary cancer treatment ("cancer survivors") via Cooperative Extension ("Extension"), including interviews analyzed using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research. Participants included Cooperative Extension Educators and adult cancer survivors in Oklahoma who completed data collection from July 2023 to September 2023.

The Premier Medical Education Model: Improving Preceptor Recruitment in Underserved Areas.

Background And Objectives: Building on research highlighting the success of tribal, rural, and underserved clerkships to increase students' intention to practice family medicine in these areas, we explored the perspectives of prospective precepting physicians and administrators to develop an optimal structure to facilitate recruitment of external preceptors.

Methods: We conducted semistructured interviews with family physicians (N=14) and health system administrators (N=14) working in tribal, rural, and underserved areas. Discussions were recorded, transcribed verbatim, and coded independently by two researchers.
