Established treatments for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with Child-Pugh cirrhosis B (CPB, moderate hepatic dysfunction) are lacking. Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) is the most aggressive and most common primary malignant brain tumor.
