Background: Epistasis, the phenomenon where the effect of one gene (or variant) is masked or modified by one or more other genes, significantly contributes to the phenotypic variance of complex traits. Traditionally, epistasis has been modeled using the Cartesian epistatic model, a multiplicative approach based on standard statistical regression. However, a recent study investigating epistasis in obesity-related traits has identified potential limitations of the Cartesian epistatic model, revealing that it likely only detects a fraction of the genetic interactions occurring in natural systems.

However, it is still unknown whether, when, and to what extent m6A modulation are implicated in the immune response of an economically important aquaculture fish, half-smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis). Herein, we systematically profiled and characterized the m6A epitranscriptome and transcriptome in C.

In the present study, we isolated 648 strains using a dilution plating method after enrichment for low-nutrient conditions. We collected 150 seawater samples at 21 stations in different parts of the water column at the Zhenbei Seamount in the South China Sea.

In order to study the influence of wall thickness at different positions of copper pipe after rolling on the wall thickness of copper pipe after joint drawing, an online ultrasonic test platform was used to measure the wall thickness of copper pipe after tying, and based on the test data, a finite element model of copper pipe billet was established, and the numerical simulation of joint drawing wall thickness was conducted. Based on the results of the ultrasonic testing experiment and finite element simulation, different neural network models were used to predict the joint tensile wall thickness with the data of the ultrasonic testing experiment as input and the results of finite element simulation as output.
