Objectives: To evaluate pain perception and analgesic use between patients who underwent endometriosis-specific laparoscopic surgery compared to laparoscopic hysterectomy.
Material And Methods: This retrospective cohort study included women diagnosed with endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery from 1/2019 to 11/2022. The control group consisted of premenopausal women who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy, which was considered a similarly extensive surgery.
