(1) Background: The nursing profession has undergone a significant transformation not only in a formal context but also in terms of the increased educational competencies required of nurses and their preparedness to adapt to evolving roles and statuses. The aim of our study was to examine the experience of advanced practice nurses who conduct independent consultations on patients and to identify the main challenges they face in their practice. Background: Because organizational culture plays an essential role in developing nursing management processes, the challenge in Kazakhstan is to change the deep-rooted Soviet administration practices, such as top-down management and the absence of a career structure in nursing, to meet the new public management system's requirements.
Method: Participatory method was used to generate organizational culture change in 31 pilot organizations.
The inaccessibility of global university ratings for national universities is an urgent problem for many developing countries, including the Republic of Kazakhstan. This forces us to look for effective approaches that encourage national universities to increase their competitiveness and strive to enter global university rankings. Since one of the key components of global ratings is educational activity and the quality of the health personnel training is of particular value to the national health system, the aim of our study was to develop a national rating system for the educational activities of medical universities and evaluate its application in the national health system.
