[The effect of sclareol lactone and sclareol glycol on artificially induced lung metastases of Lewis lung carcinoma (a preliminary report)].

The prophylactic effect of tetralabdanes, obtained by chemical decomposition of the natural diterpene sclareol (Il. Ognianov and T. Somleva) on the growth of artificially induced lung metastases was studied.

[Ultrastructural changes in the liver of rats with a Yoshida tumor under exposure to cyclophosphamide].

Sixteen Wistar line rats with Joshida tumor were given cyclophosphamide either daily or with two-day intervals. The changes observed were mostly those related with the Golgi complex apparatus, lysosomes, biliary canaliculi as well as hyaloplasma. The degree of pronouncement of these changes was dependent on the duration of cyclophosphamide administration.

[Effect of talliblastine on several hematologic indices].

The authors carried out a study on the blood formation of healthy experimental animals after treatment with the potential antitumours agent taliblastine in view of clarifying its influence. The experiments were undertaken on inbred mice DVA/2 and rats on the Wistar strain. Taliblastine was administered intraperitonealy: in ice-aingly and in a 5-day course, but in rats only in a 5-day course.
