Background: Water and food security in Israel and the Palestinian Authority are deeply interconnected due to the region's arid climate and water scarcity, shared water resources, and interrelated agricultural sectors. Therefore, jointly addressing water reuse is vital to supporting sustainable agricultural production and ensuring food safety.
Objectives: This paper examines the food safety implications of the cross-border trade of fresh fruits and vegetables between the Palestinian Authority and Israel, with an emphasis on the influence of, water technologies, agricultural practices, and environmental health.

Polymers have distinctive optical properties and facile fabrication methods that have been well-established. Therefore, they have immense potential for nanophotonic devices. Here, we demonstrate the temperature-sensing potential of SU8-meta-phenylenediamine (SU8-mPD), produced by epoxy amination of the SU-8 polymer.

The tapeworm infects the intestine causing taeniasis in humans. Taeniasis is a very rare parasitic infection in Palestine with very few annual cases of unknown species.

Methods: In this work, fractional modeling is presented which describes the dynamics of cancer treatment with mixed therapies (immunotherapy and chemotherapy).
