A Novel Isolation Approach for GaN-Based Power Integrated Devices.

This paper introduces a novel technology for the monolithic integration of GaN-based vertical and lateral devices. This approach is groundbreaking as it facilitates the drive of high-power GaN vertical switching devices through lateral GaN HEMTs with minimal losses and enhanced stability. A significant challenge in this technology is ensuring electrical isolation between the two types of devices.

Breast cancer (BC) is a common malignancy and a major cause of death in women. We sought to evaluate ferroportin plasma concentration in patients with BC. A total of 90 subjects (60 BC versus 30 control healthy) enrolled in the present study.

EVALUATION OF THE ROLE OF COENZYME Q 10 IN THE BLOOD OF BREAST CANCER WOMEN.

Cancer is an abnormal proliferation of cells in a tissue or organ that causes the cells to change their nature, eventually producing a lump or mass and spreading to other regions of the body in most cases. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of coenzyme Q 10 in breast cancer patients and to determine their relationship to the proliferation of breast cancer. This study has investigated 90 women (60 patients and 30 controls) subdivided according to stages of cancer status.

The use of discourse markers in argumentative compositions by Jordanian EFL learners.

The aim of the present study is to investigate the use of discourse markers (DMs) in the argumentative compositions written by EFL learners at two academic stages (sophomores and seniors) majoring in English at the Hashemite University, Jordan. The significance of this study springs from its focus on the use of DMs in Jordanian EFL learners' argumentative writings. Employing an integrated research method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the findings revealed that both groups of participants used the same types of DMs with varying degree of frequency, namely, elaborative, contrastive, reason, inferential, conclusive, and exemplifier DMs, respectively.

Bacteria are rich in a wide variety of secondary metabolites, such as pigments, alkaloids, antibiotics, and others. These bioactive microbial products serve a great application in human and animal health. Their molecular diversity allows these natural products to possess several therapeutic attributes and biological functions.
