Objective: To discuss the elbow skin fold extension line in Kirschner wire internal fixation of extended supracondylar humeral fractures in children.

Methods: The clinical data of 58 children with extended supracondylar fractures of the humerus who met the selection criteria between August 2021 and July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. In 28 cases, needle placement of medial epicondyle of humerus was performed with the assistance of the elbow skin fold extension line (study group), and 30 cases were assisted by routine touch of the medial epicondyle of the humerus (control group).

Objective: To investigate the short-term effectiveness of proximal tibial lateral raft plate combined combined with or without Jail screw fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau collapse fractures involved posterior-lateral column.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 106 patients (106 knees) with tibial plateau collapse fracture involved posterior-lateral column admitted between January 2016 and January 2021. According to the combination with Jail screw fixation or not, patients were divided into control group (treated by lateral raft plate without Jail screw fixation, 52 cases) and study group (treated by lateral raft plate with Jail screw fixation, 54 cases).

Background: Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (PE-TLIF) has been increasingly used to treat degenerative lumbar disease in recent years. However, there are still controversies about whether PE-TLIF is superior to minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF).

Objectives: To compare clinical outcomes and complications of PE-TLIF and MIS-TLIF in treating degenerative lumbar disease.
