T-cell haematological malignancies progress rapidly and have a high mortality rate and effective treatments are still lacking. Here, we developed a drug delivery system utilizing 293T cell-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) modified with an anti-CD7 single-chain variable fragment (αCD7/EVs). Given the challenges of chemotherapy resistance in patients with T-cell malignancy, we selected cytochrome C (CytC) and Bcl2 siRNA (siBcl2) as therapeutic agents and loaded them into αCD7/EVs (αCD7/EVs/CytC/siBcl2).

However, defects and dislocations in doped films complicate the realization of superconductivity, limiting current research to superconducting nickelate heterostructures. The lack of research on superconductivity in superlattices composed of ultrathin nickelates severely impedes not only the exploration of the interface effect on superconductivity, but also the utilization of heterostructure engineering for exploring higher superconducting temperature T.

Aerosol inhalation of medicine is an effective way for treating PF. Total ginsenosides (TG) shows potential for the treatment of ALI and PF, but the effects of inhaled TG remain unclear.

In clinical settings, liposome delivery vehicles are used to reduce Dox cardiotoxicity. Here, we substitute extracellular vesicles (EVs) for liposomes and deeply investigate the mechanism for EV-encapsulated Dox delivery.

Recently, polyoxometalates (POMs) have gained attention and widespread use due to their excellent electrocatalytic properties. This study designed and synthesized three composite materials, NF/PMoW, by using phosphomolybdic-tungstic heteropolyacids as precursors to grow in situ on nickel foam via the hydrothermal process and subsequent calcination.

Vaccines without adjuvants produce insufficient specific antibodies and therefore require adjuvants to boost antibody titers. Microbes and hosts are a community that needs to "promote bacteria," which could provide new value for the immune effect.

Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are characterized by high rates of morbidity and mortality. Microbiota is closely associated with cardiovascular disease. We aimed to comprehensively analyze the microbiotas of 300 healthy controls, 300 patients with high blood pressure (HBP), and 300 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).

Herein, the effects of salidroside on influenza A virus-induced ALI were investigated in a murine model. BALB/c mice were intranasally inoculated with H1N1 virus and treated with salidroside.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the nerve root of lower lumbar and the surrounding structures using three-dimensional computed tomography (3D CT).Twenty-three consecutive patients with thoracolumbar fractures without obvious radiological degeneration were retrospectively studied at the spinal surgery department of the hospital. The parameters of the relationship between the nerve root of the lower lumbar and the surrounding structures were measured using 3D CT in the work station of the picture archiving and communication system.

Methods: In present study, Qian Five Rhinoceros Gindeng (QFRG) mainly containing buffalo horn, rehmannia root, radix rubia, trogopterus dung and radix salviae miltiorrhizae administrated to thrombocytopenia mice induced by injection of MWReg30.
Neointimal proliferation after vascular injury is a key mechanism of restenosis, a major cause of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty failure and artery bypass occlusion. Emodin, an anthraquinone with multiple physiological activities, has been reported to inhibit proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) that might cause intimal arterial thickening. Thus, in this study, we established a rat model of balloon-injured carotid artery and investigated the therapeutic effect of emodin and its underlying mechanism.

Background: Restenosis is a common adverse event of endovascular procedures and troubles cardiologists. However, the mechanism underlying restenosis is still not fully understood. To evaluate whether disheveled-1 (Dvl-1) is involved in the Wnt4/β-catenin signaling pathway to participate in the mechanisms of vascular restenosis.
