Bladder cancer is currently the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system. The traditional treatment methods for bladder cancer are mainly surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and targeted therapy; however, these treatment methods do not improve the clinical prognosis of patients with advanced or metastatic bladder cancer. Consequently, there is an urgent need to develop new treatment methods to improve the survival rate and quality-of-life of patients with bladder cancer.

Both diffusion and T properties of prostate tissue contribute to the signal measured in DWI, and studies have demonstrated that each may be valuable for distinguishing csPCa from benign tissue. The purpose of this retrospective study was to (1) determine whether prostate T varies across RSI compartments and in the presence of csPCa, and (2) evaluate whether csPCa detection with RSIrs is improved by acquiring multiple scans at different TEs to measure compartmental T (cT).

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) is a novel type of non-coding RNAs generated from back splicing, which has been verified to mediate multiple tumorigenesis. However, the role of circRNA in osteosarcoma is still unclear. In the present study, we preliminarily screened the circRNAs expression profiles in osteosarcoma and investigated the potential regulation mechanism.

Methods: A systematic search was performed in Medline (1966 to June 2017), PubMed (1966 to June 2017), Embase (1980 to June 2017), ScienceDirect (1985 to June 2017), and the Cochrane Library. Only randomized controlled trial (RCT) was included.
Circular RNAs are novel identified type of endogenous non-coding RNAs, which exert vital functions in human and animals. However, the in-depth role of circular RNAs in the progression of tumorigenesis, especially osteosarcoma, is still undefined. Our preliminary study had found that cir-GLI2 was significantly upregulated in osteosarcoma tissues compared to adjacent non-tumor tissue.

This study was aimed to identify the roles of miR-129-5p-5p in regulation of SOX4 and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, as well as cell proliferation and apoptosis in chondrosarcomas.
Materials And Methods: Tissue samples were obtained from chondrosarcoma patients.
Background: This meta-analysis aimed to perform a meta-analysis including randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to assess the efficiency and safety of fascia iliaca block (FIB) for pain control in patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty (TJA).
Methods: A systematic search was performed in Medline (1966-2017.03), PubMed (1966-2017.

Mercury is a significant environmental pollutant that originates from industry. Mercury will bind with albumin and destroy biological functions in humans if it enters the blood. In this paper, the interaction between mercury (II) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated in vitro by fluorescence, UV-Vis absorption and circular dichroism (CD) under simulated physiological conditions.

Previous research on pathogenic Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolitycus derived from clinical samples has proposed links between acquisition of virulence and multiple drug resistance traits and intercellular transmissibility of mobile genetic elements in the environment. To date, very few information is available on environmental Vibrio isolates.
