To investigate the flavour evolution mechanism of raw Pu-erh tea (RPT) during storage, the volatile and non-volatile compounds of RPT with different storage years (1-10 years) from the same raw material origin, manufacturer, and storage location in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, were systematically analysed by HPLC, HS-SPME-GC-MS, and OAV. The results showed that both cluster analyses based on non-volatile and volatile compounds could classify RPT of different storage years into three ageing cycles, with key turning points in the third and eighth years of storage, which is also accompanied by the colour changing from green to orange or brown, the aroma changing from a faint scent to woody and ageing, the astringency diminishing, and the sweet and mellow increasing. Theophylline was identified as the potential marker of RPT stored 1-3 years, while (-)-catechin gallate, (-)-gallocatechin gallate, quercetin, and rutin as those for a storage of 9-10 years.

However, the mechanical properties of current collagen membrane cannot match the requirements of artificial corneal materials. Inspired by the hierarchical lamellar organization of native corneal stromal collagen, a biomimetic collagen-based corneal repair material was designed via a "killing two birds with one stone" strategy.

The basic structural unit of skeletal muscle is the muscle fiber, and its type is the main factor that determines the athletic ability of animals. The O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) modification, a reversible protein post-translational modification, is involved in many important biological processes such as gene transcription, signal transduction, cell growth, and differentiation.

This study aimed to examine the factors influencing hypertensive new users' intention to use mobile health applications through a cross-sectional survey. Fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was employed to investigate the combinations of various determinants, including technology acceptance, adoption factors, compliance behavior initiation factors, and time motivation factors for decision making.

However, the health benefits of these prescriptions depend on long-term adherence. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the factors influencing adherence to personalized intelligent exercise prescriptions and explore the intrinsic relationship between individual behavioral motivation and adherence.

In this paper, the mechanism of background stray light induced by the optical engine in a weak starlight simulation device is analyzed, and the principle of mutual doping between stray light and simulated target starlight polarization state is studied. The correlation model of polarization parameters, point source transmittal, and simulated target magnitude was established, and the optimization process of polarization effect was constructed to achieve accurate suppression of polarized stray light in the star map background.

Therefore, based on the polarized light tracing method, this paper explores the induction mechanism of the polarization effect of the weak star simulator on the background stray light field of the star map, and proposes a polarization balance optimization method for the beam splitter film. At the same time, the mapping model of star position simulation accuracy, polarization parameters of beam splitter and polarization stray light suppression degree is established.

Pure silk is innovatively employed, which is known for its excellent biocompatibility, to engineer water-triggered, geometrically reconfigurable membranes, on which functions can be integrated by Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) techniques and specially functionalized silk. These devices can undergo programmed shape deformations within 10 min once triggered by water, and thus establishing stable bioelectronic interfaces with natively fitted geometries.

Based on a large-scale nationally representative survey in China, this paper uses the exogenous impact of automation on working hours as the instrumental variable to examine working time's impact on perceived mental disorders, on the basis of dealing with endogeneity. Different from existing literature, it is found that the impact of working time on perceived mental disorders is U-shaped, rather than linear. Mental disorders firstly decrease with working hours.

The lightweight MobileNeXt was used as the backbone network to reduce computational load and enhance efficiency. Additionally, a dual-layer routing attention mechanism was introduced to enhance the model's ability to capture crucial details and textures in disease images, thereby improving accuracy.

Nevertheless, there is a lack of consistent evidence regarding whether digital interventions can improve adherence to healthy behaviors among individuals with hypertension.
Objective: The aim was to develop a health behavioral digital intervention for hypertensive patients (HBDIHP) based on an intelligent health promotion system and WeChat following the behavior change wheel (BCW) theory and digital micro-intervention care (DMIC) model and assess its efficacy in controlling BP and improving healthy behavior adherence.
Rationale: Because of the normal phenotype, carriers of specific chromosomal translocations are often diagnosed only after their development of associated malignancies, recurrent miscarriages, and reproductive difficulties. In this paper, we report primary balanced fetal chromosomal translocations by performing the necessary invasive prenatal diagnosis in couples with previous malformations coupled with prenatal testing suggesting a high risk for trisomy 21.
Patient Concerns: Case 1 and Case 2 couples had malformed children, and Case 3 couples had a high risk of trisomy 21 on noninvasive preconception serological testing.

Access to clean, sustainable and affordable energy, outlined in the seventh Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 7) of the United Nations, plays a crucial role in advancing health (SDG 3), as unclean cooking energy may endanger people's health by causing air pollution. However, due to endogeneity problems such as reverse causality, the health consequences of environmental pollution caused by unclean fuel usage are difficult to be scientifically and accurately evaluated.

However, in bulk solution, controllable preparation of Pt-based hetero-junction electrocatalyst is an extremely random work owing to the complexity of solution reactions. Herein, we develop an interface-confined transformation strategy, subtly achieving Au/PtTe hetero-junction-abundant nanostructures by employing interfacial Te nanowires as sacrificing templates.

This paper uses a nationally representative and large-scale dataset from China to empirically examine the relationship between exercise participation and happiness. To address the problem of reverse causality between the two factors, the instrumental variable (IV) approach is used to deal with endogeneity to some extent. It is demonstrated that higher frequencies of exercise participation are positively related to happiness.

Statistical results indicate that higher levels of subjective well-being help decrease perceived depression. Robustness checks are carried out using different types of explanatory and dependent variables, various regression models, penalized machine learning methods, instrumental variable approaches, and placebo tests, all of which lend further credence to the above findings.
