Ecotropic viral integration site 1 (EVI1/MECOM) is frequently upregulated in myeloid malignancies. Here, we present an Evi1-transgenic mouse model with inducible expression in hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs). Upon induction of Evi1 expression, mice displayed anemia, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, and erythroid and megakaryocyte dysplasia with a significant expansion of committed myeloid progenitor cells, resembling human myelodysplastic syndrome/myeloproliferative neoplasm-like (MDS/MPN-like) disease.

This novel application integrates multiple major statistical algorithms to identify circadian rhythmicity in gene expression data and enables the comparison of differential circadian patterns between two experimental conditions. Key features of the 'CosinorTest' app include circadian rhythmicity detection, differential patterns assessment, circadian and differential analyses with repeated measurement, and interactive data visualization, all contributing to a comprehensive understanding of underlying biological mechanisms.

These rhythms are governed by a transcriptional-translational feedback loop of core circadian genes and are essential for maintaining overall health. The study of circadian rhythms has expanded into various omics datasets, necessitating accurate analytical methodology for circadian biomarker detection.

Methods: From 1990 to 2019, we employed the Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD) Results Tool in conjunction with an age-period-cohort model. This approach facilitated the estimation of annual percentage changes in incidence, referred to as net drifts, encompassing the overall population.
The Zn/Cr-MOFs/TiO composites were synthesized using the solvothermal method. XRD, FTIR, and SEM techniques were utilized to characterize the Zn/Cr-MOFs/TiO composites employed for simulating levofloxacin hydrochloride in wastewater. The impact of the mass of the Zn/Cr-MOFs/TiO composite, concentration of levofloxacin hydrochloride, solution pH, and temperature on the adsorption performance was investigated.

However, research into their mechanisms of toxicity is limited, with a lack of comprehensive toxicological data. This study investigates from a hepatic lipid metabolism perspective, establishing a more precise and reliable 3D HepaRG hepatocyte spheroid model as an alternative for toxicity assessment.

However, accurate monitoring of O remains a significant challenge in probe design, with primary difficulties arising from inherent photo-induced side reactions with poor selectivity. Herein, we report a generalizable zwitterionic strategy for ultra-stable near-infrared (NIR) chemiluminescent probes that ensure a highly specific [2 + 2] cycloaddition between fragile electron-rich enolether units and O in both cellular and dynamic domains.

Purpose: This study aims to segment metal implants in CT images using a diffusion model and further validate it with clinical artifact images and phantom images of known size.
Objective: Controversy surrounds the prognostic value of contrast-enhanced T1-weighted (T1CE) imaging-based subventricular zone (SVZ) classification in isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH)-wildtype glioblastomas (GBMs). In this study, the authors aimed to assess the potential of incorporating FLAIR imaging into T1CE imaging-based classification for improving prognostic accuracy.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 281 patients with IDH-wildtype GBM.
Pomegranate peel is the by-product of pomegranate processing, which contains a lot of triterpene compounds. In this study, the total triterpenes of pomegranate peel (TPP) were extracted using an ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method under optimal conditions, purified using D-101 macroporous resin to obtain a purity of 75.28%.

This study investigated the clinical and pathological features of hereditary prostate cancer. Twenty cases of hereditary prostate cancer from 11 family lines treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine between 2016-2022 were included to summarize the clinical and pathological features by analyzing clinical information including follow up the survival of the patients and pathological features.

Moreover, as process sizes decrease, the impact of charge sharing effects becomes increasingly severe, with soft errors caused by single event effects becoming one of the main causes of circuit failures. Therefore, the study of sensitivity evaluation methods for integrated circuits is of great significance for promoting the optimization of integrated circuit design, improving single event effect experimental methods, and enhancing the irradiation reliability of integrated circuits.
