Background: Craniopharyngioma (CP) with tumoral hemorrhage is a very rare syndrome presenting with various manifestation and unfavorable outcomes. The current retrospective study was performed to summarize the clinical features of CP with tumoral hemorrhage.
Methods: In this study, 185 patients with pathological diagnosis of CP (18 patients with hemorrhage) were enrolled.
This study aimed to determine the value of ARL9 expression or methylation as a biomarker for LGG survival. We investigated the expression, methylation, prognosis and immune significance of ARL9 through bioinformatics analysis. ARL9 is negatively regulated by ARL9 methylation, leading to its low expression in LGG tissues.
