In this operative video, the authors demonstrate the case of a 53-year-old woman who presented with typical right trigeminal neuralgia by a trigeminocerebellar artery (TCA). The TCA was first defined by Marinković as a unique branch of the basilar artery supplying both the trigeminal nerve root and the cerebellar hemisphere. As a result of the close relationship between this vessel and the nerve root, the TCA might compress the nerve root, thereby causing trigeminal neuralgia.

Supratentoiral haemorrhage during posterior fossa surgery is very rare. Authors report three cases of acute subdural haematoma occurred during microvascular decompression (MVD). Bleeding was observed in the suboccipital surgical area during operation but the origin of the bleeding was not confirmed intraoperatively in all cases.

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common malignant CNS neoplasm, the prognosis of which remains poor even after multidisciplinary treatment. The 5-year overall survival rate of GBM is less than 10% and has remained unchanged for more than 50 years. Because GBM patients rarely survive over a decade, only very few cases of delayed complications caused by therapy have been reported.
