This study aimed to evaluate the association between abdominal fat distribution (AFD) and coronary artery disease (CAD) complexities using the computed tomography (CT)-derived SYNTAX score (CT-SXscore). Coronary computed tomographic angiography (CCTA) was performed in patients with suspected CAD. Plain abdominal CT was performed to measure visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) areas.
