[Pulmonary Carcinosarcoma of Right Middle Lobe Extending to the Left Main Bronchus].

A 72-year-old man with a lung tumor admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment. Computed tomography (CT) revealed a mass in the right middle lobe extending to the truncus intermedius and the left main bronchus. The enucleation of the tumor in the left main bronchus was performed with a bronchoscope followed by right middle and lower lobectomy.
