Absolute Configuration of Alkaloids from through Experimental and Computational Approaches.

The structure elucidation of three new alkaloids named isoformosaninol (), formosaninol (), and longiflorine (), isolated from the leaves of var. (Miq.) Ridsdale, along with their biosynthetic pathways are discussed.
