The metal-organic frameworks (MOFs)-derived nanozymes in air atmosphere have gained great attention in biosensing fields. Nevertheless, this derivative pattern may result in the destabilization of the MOF framework and the aggregation of active sites, consequently diminishing its catalytic activity. Herein, we reported an inert-remodeling strategy to build bimetal-confined nitrogen-doped carbon nanozyme for dual-mode cascade enzyme biosensing.

A dual-SERS encoding strategy was designed for in situ and in vivo evaluation of multiplex protein-specific glycosylation of tumors. The dual-SERS encoding strategy consisted of two pairs of dual gold nanoprobes with different diameters of 10 and 30 nm, which were encoded with four different and distinguishable Raman signal molecules. The 10 and 30 nm gold nanoprobes (Au10 and Au30 probes, respectively) were further modified with lectins and aptamers to recognize the target glycans and proteins, respectively.

Despite advances in medical treatments for severe trauma, it remains a critical condition associated with high mortality. During trauma, the release of endogenous damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) can induce immune dysfunction, leading to sepsis or multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Vaccines based on specific pathogen antigens and pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) contribute largely to the prevention of communicable diseases through the induction of adaptive immune responses.

The first synthesis of 3,4-diarylpyrimido[1,2-]indazole derivatives from 3-aminoindazoles has been realized. The FeCl-catalyzed intermolecular epoxide ring-opening reaction altered the order of annulation, with the free primary NH groups in 3-aminoindazoles preferentially reacting with styrene oxides instead of aromatic aldehydes. This protocol is further highlighted by its broad substrate compatibility, high chemo- and regioselectivities, and the late-stage modifications of bioactive molecules.

There is increased interest in ultrathin flexible devices with thicknesses of <1 micrometers due to excellent conformability toward advanced laminated bioelectronics. However, because of limitations in materials, device structure, and fabrication methodology, the performance of these ultrathin devices and circuits is insufficient to support higher-level applications. Here, we report high-performance carbon nanotube-based thin-film transistors (TFTs) and differential amplifiers on ultrathin polyimide films with a total thickness of <180 nanometers.
