The purpose of this study was to select the optimal scan parameters and to evaluate the feasibility in the breast. We demonstrated that the optimized CREST could dramatically reduce the cardiac-related flow artifacts without any penalty to the acquisition time, signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-enhanced lesion-to-parenchyma contrast.
