Objective: To develop prediction models for the chance of successful external cephalic version (ECV) and delivery outcome.

Study Design: This is a single-center retrospective study including 350 pregnant women with a singleton non-cephalic pregnancy at or after 36 weeks of gestational age. We selected 22 factors for ECV prediction and 21 for delivery outcome after successful ECV prediction as candidate predictors.

The aim of this study was to investigate the d-dimer for prediction of venous thromboembolism (VTE) events in puerperium and to identify other risk factors associated with the occurrence of VTE. This was a prospective observational cohort study, which included 16 127 women who gave birth after 28 weeks of gestation at Women's Hospital of Zhejiang University, School of Medicine, from January 2016 to December 2016. Data including basic maternal and fetal characteristics, pregnancy complications, and predictive biomarkers within postpartum 24 hours including d-dimer, platelet, and fibrinogen were collected for analyses.

Aim: To illustrate the method of emergency cerclage with the balloon tamponade and demonstrate the efficacy of this surgery method.

Methods: Procedures of the balloon tamponade assisted emergency cerclage were reviewed in detail and outcomes of 39 patients treated with this way were evaluated.

Results: From 2017 to 2019, emergency cerclage was successfully performed in 39 patients with a dilated cervix and bulging fetal membranes, assisted by the balloon tamponade.
