The spatial structure of cells is highly organized at multiscale levels from global spatial domains to local cell type heterogeneity. Existing methods for analyzing spatially resolved transcriptomics (SRT) are separately designed for either domain alignment across multiple slices or deconvoluting cell type compositions within a single slice. To this end, a novel deep learning method, SMILE, is proposed which combines graph contrastive autoencoder and multilayer perceptron with local constraints to learn multiscale and informative spot representations.

Although the mechanisms underlying HIRI are well-documented, effective prevention and treatment strategies are still lacking. Inflammation is a central mechanism of HIRI, with macrophages playing a crucial role in initiating and amplifying the inflammatory response.

PPD exhibits toxic effects on female hormone stability, ovarian function, and embryo development. Although studies have shown that PPD exposure can damage oocyte quality in female mice, research on its effects on male reproductive capability, particularly on human sperm quality and function, is limited.

The experimental design and conventional theoretical prediction are time-consuming and costly and hardly affordable to accelerate the discovery of commercial EUVL materials. In this work, we employed the machine learning (ML) technique to predict the ionization potential of promising EUVL materials, which is closely related to the photoresists' solubility switch.

Brain effective connectivity (EC) is a functional measurement that reflects the causal effects and topological relationships of neural activities. Recent research has increasingly focused on the classification for mental illnesses and healthy controls using brain EC; however, no comprehensive reviews have synthesized these studies. Therefore, the aim of this review is to thoroughly examine the existing literature on constructing diagnosis model for mental illnesses using brain EC.

Objective: A local database was used to construct a model that predicts the incidence of AKI in ICU patients within 48 hours.

Gossip is ubiquitous. People gossip for several reasons. Beyond well-studied explanations, we propose an underexplored reason: tellers overestimate the extent to which gossiping encourages listeners' self-disclosure.

In this Letter, we present an integrated EO modulator using a microring resonator on the lead zirconate titanate (PZT) and silicon nitride (SiN) heterogeneous platform. The microwave attenuation is reduced by using low loss tangent and dielectric constant SiN as the electrode substrate, achieving an EO bandwidth of 33 GHz.

However, the alterations of these functional gradients in AD and their correlations with cognitive terms and gene expression profiles remain to be established. In the present study, we directly studied the functional gradients with functional MRI data from seven scanners.

Oocyte aging is a key constraint on oocyte quality, leading to fertilization failure and abnormal embryonic development. In addition, it is likely to generate unfavorable assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes. SCM-198, a synthetic form of leonurine, was found to rescue the rate of oocyte fragmentation caused by postovulatory aging.

Employing floor sensors is vital for smart-building digital twins, wherein triboelectric nanogenerators demonstrate wide application potential due to their good performance and self-powering characteristics. However, their sensing stability, reliability, and multimodality require further enhancement to meet the rapidly evolving demands.

Aim: To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of AT as an adjunct intervention for ODI.
Methods: The Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, VIP, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, and Chinese biomedical literature databases were searched from inception to January 20, 2024.
In this work, two tin(II)-based sulfates, SnOSO and SnO(OH)(HSO), were synthesized via the mild hydrothermal method. Both compounds employ the Sn cation with stereochemically active lone pair (SCALP) electrons and non-π-conjugated tetrahedral anionic groups SO as the functional structural blocks. Interestingly, the experimental birefringence of SnO(OH)(HSO) is 0.

Moreover, drug repurposing can expand use profiles while reducing costs and development time by exploiting potential multi-functional pharmacological properties based upon additional target interactions. Nonetheless, drug repurposing relies on the accurate identification and validation of drug-target interactions (DTIs).

Methods: Fifty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups receiving Sanliangsan prescription (SP) therapy and conventional therapy (western medicine). In-depth transcriptome profiles from a large database of SS-ILD patients were collected and analyzed to identify candidate genes involved in SS pathogenesis.
Aims: Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. High expression of the mitotic kinase BUB1 has been shown to be associated with the development of many cancers, but the role of BUB1 in GC is still unclear. The current study aimed to investigate the role of BUB1 in GC.

Although the World Health Organization recommends that members of this population engage in physical activity to reduce depressive symptoms, compliance with this recommendation is often low. Furthermore, although behavioral activation (BA) is recommended as a treatment for adolescents with depression, the reported effect size is small.

To address this challenge, we present a novel phase transition strategy that facilitates the creation of a heteroatom-doped heterointerface (CoN/CoS). The meticulously engineered CoN/CoS/NC electrocatalyst displays a superior ORR half-wave potential of 0.
