Background And Objectives: Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) is a disease suffered by women under the age of 40 when ovarian function has declined, seriously affecting both the physical and mental health of women. Guiluoshi Anzang decoction (GLSAZD) has been used for a long time and has a unique therapeutic effect on improving ovarian function. This study aims to investigate the mechanism of GLSAZD in treating POI through network pharmacology, molecular docking, and experimental verification.
