This study conducts an empirical retrospective examination of the effect of COVID-19 protocols on Health workers' quality of life during the pandemic. Data from a survey respondent of 330 health workers were analyzed through structural equation modeling. Results indicated COVID-19 protocols specifically hand hygiene, personal protective equipments, and physical distancing had a significant effect on the quality of life of health workers during the COVID-19 era.

The ultimate vaccine against infections caused by Nipah virus should be capable of providing protection at the respiratory tract─the most probable port of entry for this pathogen. Intranasally delivered vaccines, which target nasal-associated lymphoid tissue and induce both systemic and mucosal immunity, are attractive candidates for enabling effective vaccination against this lethal disease. Herein, the water-soluble polyphosphazene delivery vehicle assembles into nanoscale supramolecular constructs with the soluble extracellular portion of the Hendra virus attachment glycoprotein─a promising subunit vaccine antigen against both Nipah and Hendra viruses.

In this study, we explored the formation of CuO nanoparticles, NiO nanoflakes, and CuO-NiO nanocomposites using saponin extract and a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. Five green synthetic samples were prepared using aqueous saponin extract and a microwave-assisted hydrothermal procedure at 200 °C for 30 min. The samples were pristine copper oxide (100C), 75% copper oxide-25% nickel oxide (75C25N), 50% copper oxide-50% nickel oxide (50C50N), 25% copper oxide-75% nickel oxide (25C75N), and pristine nickel oxide (100N).

The available vaccines, which are authorized under exceptional circumstances, use viral vector platforms and have serious disadvantages, such as difficulties in adapting to new virus variants, reliance on cold chain supply networks, and administration by hypodermic injection. Background: Adolescents have a natural tendency to be night owls, maintaining delayed circadian rhythms, and this rhythm is in direct conflict with the early wake times required during the school year. This leads to 'social jetlag', chronic circadian stress or desynchrony (CD) in which the rhythm of the intrinsic body clock is out of sync with behavior.
