The coupled relationship between inputs and outputs in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, as well as the multiplicative uncertainties caused by multiplicative faults, increases the complexity of fault diagnosis (FD) and fault-tolerant control (FTC). Research has indicated that coprime factor uncertainties are suitable for modeling multiplicative uncertainties. Genetic gain-of-function mutations of warm temperature-sensitive transient receptor potential vanilloid 3 (TRPV3) channel cause Olmsted syndrome characterized by severe itching and keratoderma, indicating that pharmacological inhibition of TRPV3 may hold promise for therapy of chronic pruritus and skin diseases. However, currently available TRPV3 tool inhibitors are either nonselective or less potent, thus impeding the validation of TRPV3 as therapeutic target. This paper proposes a novel interval prediction method for effluent water quality indicators (including biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N)), which are key performance indices in the water quality monitoring and control of a wastewater treatment plant. From the 95% aqueous ethanol extract of Murraya microphylla, five pairs of new carbazole alkaloid enantiomers, (+/-)-microphylines N-R (1a/1b-5a/5b), were isolated, together with 20 known carbazole alkaloids. The structures of the new compounds were determined by the HRMS and NMR spectroscopic data, along with the calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and Mo(AcO)-induced CD data. The known compound (+)-mahanine (21) showed significant cytotoxicities against Du145, HepG2, HeLa, and HCT-116 cell lines, and its possible mechanism was deduced to target on phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 2 (PCK2) protein via surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and molecular docking.

Thermosensitive transient receptor potential vanilloid 2 (thermoTRPV2) is a nonselective Ca -permeable cation channel broadly expressed, and is implicated in the pathology of diseases such as diabetes and pancreatitis. However, the physiological and pharmacological functions of TRPV2 channels have not been extensively investigated because of the absence of specific modulators. Fifteen previously undescribed coumarin derivatives, murratins A-M, including two pairs of coumarin enantiomers with a cyclopropane unit, two benzocoumarins, a dimeric coumarin, and eight C-8-substituted coumarins, together with six known analogues were isolated from the extract of the leaves and twigs of Murraya exotica L., a medicinal plant named "Jiulixiang" in Chinese.
