Background: Sirolimus is a commonly used immunosuppressant administered after solid organ transplantation. It is characterized by a narrow therapeutic window and highly variable exposure, necessitating the identification of the sources of variability and design of individualized drug therapies.
Aim: This study aimed to perform a population pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis of sirolimus in adult liver transplant recipients and develop dosing regimen recommendations according to patient characteristics.
Parabens are common contaminants in river and lake environments. However, few studies have been conducted to determine the effects of parabens on bacteria, phytoplankton, and zooplankton communities in aquatic environments. In this study, the effect of methylparaben (MP) on the diversity and community structure of the aquatic plankton microbiome was investigated by incubating a microcosm with MP at 0.

In this study, we constructed an IGP model based on the common three-trophic food chain of "fish (or shrimp)-large branchiopods ()-phytoplankton", and investigated the effects of IGP on phytoplankton assemblage composition and diversity in outdoor mesocosms using environmental DNA high-throughput sequencing. Our results indicated that the alpha diversities (number of amplicon sequence variants and Faith's phylogenetic diversity) of phytoplankton and the relative abundance of Chlorophyceae increased with the addition of , while similar trends were found in alpha diversities but with a decrease in the relative abundance of Chlorophyceae in the treatment.

With the extra energy gained from the cosmic rays, sub-GeV dark matter particles can produce visible recoil signals in the detector. The diurnal modulations in rate and energy spectrum are utilized to further enhance the signal sensitivity.

Compared to other cations, Ag is more flexible in pairing with natural base pairs. Herein, we present a DNA structure containing two C-Ag -C pairs and the first reported G-Ag -G pair in a short 8mer DNA strand.
