Objective:  We investigated the hemodynamic features of Type-II endoleaks after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) using four-dimensional (4D) computed tomography (CT) to identify patients with aneurysm enlargement.

This report presents the case of an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), in which the aortic neck was severely angulated. Furthermore, there was moderate stenosis and a severe angle with calcification of the suprarenal aorta. We present a case of retroperitoneal well-differentiated inflammatory liposarcoma that was extremely difficult to diagnose preoperatively. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance images showed a 5-cm homogeneous soft-tissue mass with a decreased apparent diffusion coefficient and without fat component in the retroperitoneum.
