Background: Survivors in motor vehicle accident (MVA) may have posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Yoga is a complementary approach for PTSD therapy.

Methods: This randomized controlled trial explored whether yoga intervention has effects on reducing the symptoms of PTSD in women survived in MVA.
