Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is a lethal malignancy affecting the liver and biliary system. Enhanced understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms underlying iCCA tumorigenesis and the discovery of appropriate therapeutic targets are imperative to improve patient outcomes. Here, we investigated the functions and regulations of solute carrier family 16 member 3 (SLC16A3), which has been reported to be a biomarker of poor prognosis in iCCA.

Here, we perform a comprehensive proteogenomic profiling of CC tumors obtained from 139 Chinese women. Integrated proteogenomic analysis links genetic aberrations to downstream pathogenesis-related pathways and reveals the landscape of HPV-associated multi-omic changes.

Event cameras are innovative neuromorphic sensors that asynchronously capture the scene dynamics. Due to the event-triggering mechanism, such cameras record event streams with much shorter response latency and higher intensity sensitivity compared to conventional cameras. On the basis of these features, previous works have attempted to reconstruct high dynamic range (HDR) videos from events, but have either suffered from unrealistic artifacts or failed to provide sufficiently high frame rates.

High-angle annular dark field (HAADF) scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) has become one of the most powerful tools to visualize material structures at atomic resolution. However, the parameter of electron microscope and sample thickness is the important influence factors on HAADF-STEM imaging.

Integrated proteogenomic analyses prioritized genetic aberrations and revealed hallmarks of iCCA pathogenesis. Aflatoxin signature was associated with tumor initiation, proliferation, and immune suppression.

Specifically, we present an optical system using off-the-shelf devices to generate high frequency illumination, which is desirable in reflective-fluorescent separation tasks. In addition, we employ the total variation regularization scheme to account for spectral-spatial correlation, which makes our method robust to noise.
