Background: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is an aggressive tumor with unclear margins. Photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) enables the differentiation of tumor tissue from normal tissue via visible fluorescence. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is widely used in the treatment of non-melanoma skin tumors.

Aim: To determine PBC-associated hub genes and assess their clinical utility for disease prediction.
Methods: PBC expression data were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database.
In autonomous driving, environmental perception technology often encounters challenges such as false positives, missed detections, and low accuracy, particularly in detecting small objects and complex scenarios. Existing algorithms frequently suffer from issues like feature redundancy, insufficient contextual interaction, and inadequate information fusion, making it difficult to perform multi-task detection and segmentation efficiently. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an end-to-end multi-task environmental perception model named YOLO-Mg, designed to simultaneously perform traffic object detection, lane line detection, and drivable area segmentation.

Background: Auricular keloids are a significant clinical challenge, which adversely affect the life of the patient at the level of aesthetic and psychological well-being. Despite various treatment modalities, a universally effective therapy has yet to be established. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) offers a promising approach by inhibiting the abnormal proliferation of fibroblasts while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy cells and tissues.

Patients And Methods: The clinical characteristics together with LARS1 expression levels were obtained from the TCGA database. Immunohistochemistry confirmed LARS1 expression levels in paraneoplastic and tumor tissues.
Background: For the first time, we investigated the oncological role of plexin domain-containing 1 (), also known as tumor endothelial marker 7 (TEM7), in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Aim: To investigate the oncological profile of in HCC.
Methods: Based on The Cancer Genome Atlas database, we analyzed the expression of in HCC.
Currently, China is experiencing a phase of rapid urbanization. With the frequent occurrence of extreme rainfall events within the context of climate change, the problem of heavy rainfall and waterlogging in many cities is very prominent. In November 2020, China issued a proposal for the construction of sponge cities across the entire region to significantly enhance the rainfall flood prevention and drainage capacity of cities and effectively improve the resilience of sponge city systems for flooding management.

Background: Photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) is a technique that plays a role in visualizing tumor size during the assessment of surgery. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a treatment apart from surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy that is approved for several types of tumors and nonmalignant diseases. The purpose of this study was to illustrate the efficiency and safety of PDD-guided tumor excision combined with ALA-PDT in patients with extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD).

Background: Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) with infection is a major clinical issue, as the infection not only potentially devastate the wound healing, but also is the factor that most often leads to amputation. Nevertheless, traditional antibiotic treatment is often insufficient to clear the infection, which could lead to side effects. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has broad-spectral antibacterial activity.

Traditional antibiotic treatment is not always sufficient to clear the infection, especially for cSCC infected with multidrug-resistant bacteria. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has broad-spectral antibacterial activity and non-selective pressure, which makes it difficult to induce antibiotic resistance.

Complement factor H (FH) is a key negative regulator of the complement alternative pathway (AP) that prevents formation and accelerates the decay of AP C3 convertase and acts as a cofactor in the inactivation of C3b. Pathogens can recruit host FH through their surface proteins to escape the clearance of the complement system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Mohs surgery in combination with topical photodynamic therapy (PDT) for facial basal cell carcinoma.
Patients And Methods: Eighty-six patients with facial basal cell carcinoma treated in our department from April 2011 to December 2013 were included. Mohs surgery was used to remove the lesions followed by direct suturing, skin flap grafting, or medium thickness free-skin grafting to repair the incisions.
Rationale: Adult recurrent neuroblastoma is extremely rare, especially in the posterior mediastinum and retroperitoneal cavity. The surgical treatment of this special part of the tumor is also a clinical difficulty.
Patient Concerns: This study reports a case of a 24-year-old man with a history of treated posterior mediastinal neuroblastoma.
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2% topical propranolol cream in the treatment of proliferating infantile strawberry hemangiomas.
Methods: A total of 40 infants were enrolled; 2% propranolol cream was applied three times daily. In the subsequent monthly visit, dynamic changes in tumor size, texture, and color were recorded.
Background: Sweat gland carcinoma is an extremely rare skin cancer, which is hard to diagnose and completely resect without causing functional and cosmetic problems. Moreover, the high rate of recurrence is hard to handle in the treatment of sweat gland carcinoma. Photodynamic therapy is a novel treatment protocol which can selectively destroy tumor cells with good functional and cosmetic outcomes.

Due to the unique location of the squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the lip, using a single method such as extended resection or radiotherapy probably causes morphological and functional defects. So we used surgery combined with topical photodynamic therapy (PDT) to treat SCC of the lip. Under local anesthesia with 5% lidocaine, the hyperplastic and ulcerative SCC of the lip were curetted and assisted by topical PDTs after surgery.

Carcinosarcoma is a rare tumor consisting of epithelial and mesenchymal components, both of which are histologically malignant. It usually runs an aggressive clinical course, with higher metastatic potential than other kinds of carcinomas or sarcomas. Here, we present an extremely uncommon case of carcinosarcoma occurred in the lesser omental bursa in a 65-year-old Chinese man.
