The Role of NCS1 in Immunotherapy and Prognosis of Human Cancer.

The Neural Calcium Sensor1 (NCS1) is a crucial protein that binds to Ca2 and is believed to play a role in regulating tumor invasion and cell proliferation. However, the role of NCS1 in immune infiltration and cancer prognosis is still unknown. Our study aimed to explore the expression profile, immune infiltration pattern, prognostic value, biological function, and potential compounds targeting NCS1 using public databases.
