Minimally invasive procedures assisted by soft robots for surgery, diagnostics, and drug delivery have unprecedented benefits over traditional solutions from both patient and surgeon perspectives. However, the translation of such technology into commercialization remains challenging. The lack of perception abilities is one of the obstructive factors paramount for a safe, accurate and efficient robot-assisted intervention.

LARS occurs in 80% of patients undergoing sphincter-preserving surgery, affecting patients' quality of life along with social avoidance. Different measurements and treatments have been raised to deal with LARS, but no systematic standard has been developed.

In this study, ten different CpG ODNs were designed and synthesized to study the antibacterial immune responses of CpG ODNs in golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus). Results showed that CpG ODN 2102 significantly improved the immunity of golden pompano against bacteria.

Aim: To establish a 293T cell line with stable expression of UBE2C and to investigate the effect of UBE2C overexpression on the proliferation of 293T cells.
Methods: Recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1(-)/UBE2C successfully constructed in previous time was transfected into 293T cells by lipofectamine 2000.
Aim: To construct the recombinant eukaryotic expression vector pDsRed1-C3/LOC51255 and investigate the subcellular localization of LOC51255 protein in HePG2 cell line.
Methods: The cDNA of LOC51255 was amplified from the recombinant plasmid pET28b/LOC51255 by PCR. The aim gene fragment LOC51255 from pMD18-T/LOC51255 was subcloned into eukaryotic expression vector pDsRed1-C3.
