Objective: Aim: To estimate the frequency of complications during laparoscopic gynecologic surgery for benign diseases in women and identify associated risk factors in Ukraine.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: A multicenter, prospective cohort study was performed in gynecological departments from 10 regional hospitals of Ukraine between January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2022.
