Nowadays, the problem of inland water pollution is acute. It is caused by vast industrial growth and agricultural intensification. Concentrations of Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Mg, and Kwere determined in the muscles, liver, and gonads sabrefish from Rybinsk Reservoir areas with different anthropogenic loads.

Arabinogalactan depolymerization over solid Zr-containing SBA-15-based catalyst was studied via HPLC, GPC, and theoretical modeling. Arabinogalactans (AG) are hemicelluloses mainly present in larch wood species, which can be extracted on an industrial scale. The application of solid acid catalysts in the processes of hemicellulose conversion can exclude serious drawbacks such as equipment corrosion, etc.

Objective: The aim: To identify risk factors for metabolic syndrome; to model, justify and experimentally test the effectiveness of a program of complex health training for mature men with MS.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Theoretical - analysis, generalization, pedagogical observation, modelling; empirical - methods of implementation of the results in practice (pedagogical experiment involving 50 mature menwho had no contraindications to training), methods of monitoring and measuring of physical evolvement, body systems functional status (samples: Rufier, Stange), general performance level (Harvard step test), medical indicators (blood glucose level, arterial tension).

Results: Results: A complex organized health training program (graduated, systematic, all-round motor activity managed by an instructor) showed better results (24,5 %) compared an independent health training system(15,2 %).

The bacteria 94 have a LuxI/LuxR type QS system consisting of AHL synthase SprI and the regulatory receptor SprR. We have previously shown that inactivation of the AHL synthase gene resulted in an increase in the invasive activity of correlated with an increased bacterial adhesion. In the present work, the effects of inactivation of the receptor SprR are studied.

Quorum Sensing (QS) system regulates gene expression in response to a change in the density of the bacterial population. Facultative pathogen Serratia proteamaculans 94 has a LuxI/LuxR type QS system consisting of regulatory protein SprR and AHL synthase SprI. Invasive activity of these bacteria appears at the stationary growth phase corresponding to a maximal density of the bacterial population in vitro.

In this study, we investigated the quorum sensing (QS) regulatory system of the psychrotrophic strain 94 isolated from spoiled refrigerated meat. The strain produced several -acyl--homoserine-lactone (AHL) QS signal molecules, with -(3-oxo-hexanoyl)--homoserine lactone and -(3-hydroxy-hexanoyl)--homoserine lactone as two main types. The and genes encoding an AHL synthase and a receptor regulatory protein, respectively, were cloned and sequenced.

Air quality, like weather, can affect everyone, but responses differ depending on the sensitivity and health condition of a given individual. To help protect exposed populations, many countries have put in place real-time air quality and forecasting capabilities. We present in this paper an optimal combination of air quality measurements and model outputs and show that it leads to significant improvements in the spatial representativeness of air quality.

Phase formation in the NaF-KF-AlF3 system, in the vicinity of the K2NaAl3F12 composition, has been studied. The samples have been prepared by melting the starting components at 650 °C. A new phase has been revealed, which appeared to be a low-temperature form of the well-known K2NaAl3F12 ternary fluoride obtained by the hydrothermal synthesis method.
