A 67-year-old woman presented with periumbilical pain. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography findings indicated intussusception of the ascending colon without ischemia or necrosis, and we performed successful colonoscopy to treat the condition. Furthermore, an edematous area caused by anisakis was detected in the ascending colon and the anisakis was removed.
