Application of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of opioidmimetics in the brain dialysates from rats treated with opioidmimetics intraperitoneally.

We have determined three opioidmimetics (compounds I-III) in the rat brain dialysates after intraperitoneal (i.p.) administration of compounds I-III using a liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
