Subsequently, there is no feedback of pituitary production of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), which is responsible for this hyperthyroidism.
Patient Concerns: We report a case of a 46-year-old Chinese woman diagnosed with a thyroid nodule, with normal thyroid function.

Polysaccharide is a major bioactive component of mushrooms. In this study, for the first time, starting from a new Lentinula edodes polysaccharide L2, we prepared a novel L2-calcium complex and the process was optimized.
