  • In Case 1, a 68-year-old woman diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma experienced needle tract seeding that led to gastric wall metastasis post-surgery, ultimately resulting in her death from cancer recurrence.
  • In Case 2, a 70-year-old man also diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma developed similar gastric wall metastasis after EUS-FNA but received treatment that allowed him to survive for 18 months post-surgery.
