This method breaks through the traditional optimization framework and adopts a double-layer optimization model, combining the peak shaving operation cost of the hybrid microgrid with the interactive power deviation and power fluctuation penalty terms of the interconnection line during the frequency regulation stage, achieving dual optimization of economy and grid connection quality. Through precise mathematical modeling and efficient optimization algorithms, we have successfully obtained the minimum operating cost corresponding to the minimum power fluctuation, the minimum interconnection line interactive power deviation penalty term, and the optimal hydrogen storage capacity configuration scheme.
