In response to the weakened capability of feature transfer and parameter distribution alignment across domains due to significant differences in data distribution collected by different devices, this paper constructs a motor bearing fault diagnosis model based on multi-adversarial domain adaptation. Initially, an improved residual network is employed as the feature extraction module to enhance feature extraction capabilities. It then incorporates a Selective Kernel Network (SKNet) to implement attention mechanisms on convolutional kernels, and a Global Context Network (GCNet) to effectively utilize global contextual information for re-weighting across different channels.

The classic Chimeric Antigen Receptor Macrophage (CAR-M) exerts pro-inflammatory effects to achieve anti-tumor immunity, but by modifying the structure design of CAR, it can acquire anti-inflammatory functions similar to M2, thereby treating inflammatory diseases. Currently, CAR-M therapy targeting M1-type microglial cells can effectively reduce neuroinflammation and be used to treat inflammation-related depression. With ongoing research on the anti-inflammatory effects of CAR-M, CAR-M cell therapy offers a new approach for treating inflammatory-related diseases.

Since its discovery by Harold Urey in 1932, deuterium has attracted increased amounts of attention from the scientific community, with many previous works aimed to uncover its biological effects on living organisms. Existing studies indicate that deuterium, as a relatively rare isotope, is indispensable for maintaining normal cellular function, while its enrichment and depletion can affect living systems at multiple levels, including but not limited to molecules, organelles, cells, organs, and organisms. As an important compound of deuterium, deuterium-depleted water (DDW) possess various special effects, including but not limited to altering cellular metabolism and potentially inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, demonstrating anxiolytic-like behavior, enhancing long-term memory in rats, reducing free radical oxidation, regulating lipid metabolism, harmonizing indices related to diabetes and metabolic syndrome, and alleviating toxic effects caused by cadmium, manganese, and other harmful substances, implying its tremendous potential in anticancer, neuroprotective, antiaging, antioxidant, obesity alleviation, diabetes and metabolic syndrome treatment, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification, thereby drawing extensive attention from researchers.

In this paper, we show the surprisingly good properties of plain vision transformers for body pose estimation from various aspects, namely simplicity in model structure, scalability in model size, flexibility in training paradigm, and transferability of knowledge between models, through a simple baseline model dubbed ViTPose. ViTPose employs the plain and non-hierarchical vision transformer as an encoder to encode features and a lightweight decoder to decode body keypoints in either a top-down or a bottom-up manner. It can be scaled to 1B parameters by taking the advantage of the scalable model capacity and high parallelism, setting a new Pareto front for throughput and performance.

Purpose: To investigate the performance of novel intraocular lens calculation formulae (Barrett Universal II, Emmetropia Verifying Optical, and Kane) and conventional formulae (Haigis, Hoffer Q, Holladay 1, and Sanders-Retzlaff-Kraff/T [SRK/T]) in patients who underwent pars plana vitrectomy or silicone oil removal combined with cataract surgery.

Reclaimed water is widely concerned as an effective recharge of groundwater and surface water, but trace organic pollutants produced by traditional wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) would cause environmental pollution (water and soil) during infiltration. Therefore, the effects of reclaimed water containing ofloxacin (OFL) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) in antibiotics polluted natural soil (APNS) were investigated by simulating soil aquifer treatment systems (SATs). The experiment results showed that OFL and CIP in water were adsorbed and microbially degraded mainly at 30 cm, and the concentration of OFL and CIP in soil increased with depth, which were mainly due to the desorption from APNS.
