Ru-based electrochemiluminescence (ECL) coordination polymers are widely employed for bioanalysis and medical diagnosis. However, commonly used Ru-based coordination polymers face the limitation of low efficiency due to the long distance between the ECL reagent and the coreactant dispersed in detecting solution. Herein, we report a dual-ligand self-enhanced ECL coordination polymer, composed of tris(4,4'-dicarboxylic acid-2,2'-bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) dichloride (Ru(dcbpy)) as ECL reactant ligand and ethylenediamine (EDA) as corresponding coreactant ligand into Zn metal node, termed Zn-Ru-EDA.

Article Synopsis
  • The paper discusses the limitations of traditional reconstruction-based methods for unsupervised anomaly detection, which are often overlooked due to their poor performance and reconstruction ability.
  • It introduces a new model called the Omni-frequency Channel-selection Reconstruction (OCR-GAN), which focuses on analyzing frequency components of images to enhance detection accuracy.
  • Experimental results show that OCR-GAN achieves a state-of-the-art detection AUC of 98.3 on the MVTec AD dataset without needing extra training samples, outperforming previous methods significantly.
