Vanillin finds widespread applications in various industries, such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. However, excessive intake of vanillin could pose risks to human health. This study detailed the successful creation of a heterojunction of branched benzopyrazine-based polymers coating on graphene (CMP-rGO) through the Sonogashira-Hagihara coupling reaction.

Cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) is the most common malignancy of the female genital tract. MiR-1299 serves as a tumor suppressor, while KCNQ1OT1 acts as an oncogene in multiple malignancies. This research was designed to investigate the impacts of miR-1299 and KCNQ1OT1 on CESC progression.

The purpose of the research is to improve the clinical evidence of maternal health care in the region.
Methods: The study is a retrospective descriptive study.
Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are significant regulatory factors for the initiation and development of numerous malignant tumors, including cervical cancer (CC). The expression of lncRNA unc-5 netrin receptor B antisense RNA 1 (UNC5B-AS1, also known as UASR1) is up-regulated in tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma compared to in normal tissues based on the GEPIA database. In the present study, we explored the functions of UNC5B-AS1 and its underlying mechanism with respect to CC development.

This study investigated the role of aplysia ras homolog I (ARHI) in resistance to CC in vitro and in patients' tissues. Hela cells were continuously treated with different concentrations of paclitaxel (1-10 nM) to construct paclitaxel-resistant cell model (Hela-TR).
